Lake Mead

Pond Mead National Entertainment Place (NRA) provides a prosperity of things to do and places to go year-round. With 1.5 million kilometers, it is twice the size of Rhode Island. Its huge ponds provide to boating fans, people, sunbathers, and fishers while its wasteland benefits walkers, wild creatures photography lovers, and curbside tourists. Three of America's four wasteland ecosystems--the Mojave, the Great Sink and the Sonoran Deserts--meet in Pond Mead NRA. As a result, this apparently dry area contains an amazing variety of creatures and plants, some of which may be found nowhere else in the world.

Open year-round, Twenty 4 time, 7 days a week with optimum use in the summer.
Visitor Center: Start from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. every day except Xmas, Xmas and New Decades.



Alan Holy bible Guest Center
Is located 4 kilometers northeast of Boulder City, The state of nevada on U.S. Path 93. The book store provides displays, books, catalogues and topographical charts and seafaring charts. It is handled by South west Recreational areas and Typical monuments Organization. The recreation area staff can help plan your stay and give you up-to-date details on recreation area activities and services. The new Mike Holy bible Guest Middle is open 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Wed through Weekend. Shut Thursday and Wednesday. Please call 702-293-8990 to find out more. The Guest Middle will be closed the following holidays: Xmas Day, Xmas Day and New Decades Day.

Programs
Programs include a winter session sequence, ranger-led applications and increases, paddle- rim trip boat drive to Machine Dam, Black Gorge number trip.
